Which countries or regions do you support?
We currently support Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Where supported, prices can be displayed in JPY, SGD, or HKD depending on your market.
Are duties and import taxes included?
If duties, import taxes, or related fees are collected at checkout, they will be shown during checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be charged separately by the carrier or local authorities.
How long does international delivery take?
Available delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, carrier conditions, holidays, or local delivery conditions.
Can I place a wholesale or B2B order?

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
